DESCRIPTION:The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a series of three\, on
 e-day workshops. Participants may only take one part per day and must have
  completed the prior part(s) to take the next higher part. These are fast-
 paced\, interactive courses offered to refine a Rotarian's leadership skil
 ls and increase his or her base of knowledge in Rotary. Courses are fun\, 
 topical\, interactive\, and geared toward busy business\, professional and
  community leaders who want to be knowledgeable about Rotary and more effe
 ctive leaders in both their vocation and club. Our district offers the RLI
  program in partnership with several other districts known as the RLI Shi
 nning Waters Division and additional information about RLI can be found b
 y visiting its websiite www.rlishiningwaters.org or see the link under "
 District Links" on the left side of the homepage of the district websit
 e). The deadline for registering is Friday\, May 3.  Rotarians from other
  districts may register by contacting the event Registrar (registrar7080@b
 ell.net) directly. The fee for this event is $75.00 and includes all tra
 ining materials and lunch.  It should be paid online at the time of regis
 tering and is usually reimbursed by the participant's club\, please chec
 k with your club president. For new Rotarians (two years or less) the fee 
 is covered by the district!  If you qualify as a new Rotarian you should 
 complete the online payment and you will receive a reimbursement after att
 ending the session.  PLEASE indicate that you are a new Rotarian in the c
 omment box. Please use the comment area on the registration screen to indi
