DESCRIPTION:District Presidents' meetings are held 3 times a year.  Distri
 ct updates are provided and business is conducted. All Presidents and Pres
 idents Elect are invited and encouraged to attend this final Presidents' m
 eeting of the 2019-20 Rotary year. Please note that this will be a special
  meeting to answer questions and discuss changes to the D7080 Manual of Po
 licies Procedures and Practices (MOPPP) and the Youth/Vulnerable Persons a
 nd Privacy Policies.  The amended MoPPP and other policies that require y
 our approval will be distributed to presidents at least 45 days prior to t
 he vote.  It is therefore important that all Presidents and Presidents El
 ect register and attend this meeting to ensure that there is a clear under
 standing prior to the vote. The Deadline for registering for this meeting 
 is Tuesday May 26th 11:59pm.
