DESCRIPTION:Presidents-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) - Part 1 PELS is a man
 datory\, two-day\, interactive training seminar for soon-to-be Club Presid
 ents. Part 1 provides a detailed review of Your Role and Responsibilities 
 as Club President. Additional topics include Building Your Team\, Conflict
  Resolution and The Rotary Action Plan & Goal Setting.  It is a great opp
 ortunity to meet all of the other PEs from our district.  As a participan
 t you will have opportunities to build your network\, and inspire the lead
 ership team in your own cluster.  The fees for this event are covered by 
 your club's district dues. Registration Deadline is Wednesday\, January 28
 \, 2026!  Please indicate any dietary restrictions or food allergies in t
 he Comments Box on the registration confirmation screen. NOTE - There is
  a seperate registration for PELS Part 2 which you will also need to compl
