ership Institute (RLI) is a series of three one-day workshops. Participant
s only take one part per day and must have completed the prior part(s) to
move to the next level. These are fast-paced\, interactive sessions offere
d to refine a Rotarian's leadership skills and increase their base knowled
ge in Rotary. Courses are topical\, interactive\, and geared toward leader
s who want to be knowledgeable about Rotary and become more effective lead
ers in their vocation and club. The fee for this event is $75.00 and incl
udes all training materials and lunch. For new Rotarians (less than 2 y
ears) District 7080 pays your registration fee! However you first have t
o pay to register\, and then we will issue a refund cheque on the day of t
he event. **Please indicate that you are a new Rotarian in the comment box
so that your cheque is prepared. Some clubs reimburse this registration f
ee for their members attending. Please talk to your President. In the regi
stration comment area\, please indicate any food allergies or dietary rest
rictions. The deadline for registering is Friday\, October 15\, or sooner
if we are at capacity Please read the following important information as y
ou proceed with your registration. Regarding COVID : As of September 22\,
2021\, Ontarians will need to be fully vaccinated (two doses plus 14 days
) and provide their proof of vaccination along with a photo ID to access c
ertain public settings and facilities. This approach focuses on higher-ris
k indoor public settings where face coverings cannot always be worn and in
cludes meeting and event spaces\, such as banquet halls and conference/con
vention centers. The hotel and District will be abiding by this policy a
nd any other public health measures implemented between now and our event
date. Individuals who cannot receive the vaccine due to medical exemptions
will be permitted entry with a doctor’s note. We will also follow the i
ndoor masking policies that will continue to remain in place. A supply of
masks and hand sanitizer will be made available for your safety and that o
f others.
