DESCRIPTION:The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a series of three\, on
 e-day workshops. Participants may only take one part per day and must have
  completed the prior part(s) to take the next higher part. These are fast-
 paced\, interactive courses offered to refine a Rotarian's leadership skil
 ls and increase his or her base of knowledge in Rotary. Courses are fun\, 
 topical\, interactive\, and geared toward busy business\, professional and
  community leaders who want to be knowledgeable about Rotary and more effe
 ctive leaders in both their vocation and club. Our district offers the RLI
  program in partnership with several other districts known as the RLI Shi
 nning Waters Division and additional information about RLI can be found b
 y visiting its websiite www.rlishiningwaters.org or see the link under 
 "District Links" on the left side of the homepage of the district websi
 te). The deadline for registering is Friday\, May 3.  Rotarians from othe
 r districts may register by contacting the event Registrar (registrar7080@
 bell.net) directly. The fee for this event is $75.00 and includes all tr
 aining materials and lunch.  It should be paid online at the time of regi
 stering and is usually reimbursed by the participant's club\, please che
 ck with your club president. Please use the comment area on the registrati
