RI Host Hospitality Evening for the Guelph, Centre Wellington, Fergus Elora Cluster
Theme: Ontario Food & Agriculture

This evening's event is a special Rotary International event called Host Hospitality, which is affiliated with the Rotary International Convention held in Toronto, June 24 - 27, 2018.

Our cluster is hosting 54 international Rotary guests for a special evening of a Sit-Down Dinner and Fellowship, with a theme focused on Ontario Food & Agriculture.

This is your opportunity for a fun evening of fellowship with Rotarians from around the world - you do not need to attend RI Convention to attend this special evening event.

Registration is open to Rotarian members, and 1 guest each, from the 6 clubs in the Guelph, Centre Wellington, Fergus Elora Cluster:

Event Program:
Upon arrival, ALL Attendees  check-in at the Registration Booth at Gambrel Barn entrance
5:30 - 6:45 p.m.    Mingle and Greet Reception in Gambrel Barn, with Cash Bar
6:00 - 6:45 p.m.   
Optional wagon tours of the heritage site (wear appropriate clothing for wooden benches)
6:50 p.m.               Find your seats for Sit-Down Dinner
7:00 p.m.               "O Canada", and the Rotary Grace

A live band will provide background music throughout the reception and dinner event.  The Stardust Trio consists of musicians Chris Cigolea - Trumpet, John Maclelland - Piano and Mike Grace - Bass.
