Presidents-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) - Part 1

PELS is a mandatory, two-day, interactive training seminar for soon-to-be Club Presidents. Part 1 provides a detailed review of Your Role and Responsibilities as Club President. Additional topics include Building Your Team, Supports Available, Conflict Resolution and Goal Setting.  It is a great opportunity to meet all of the other PEs from our district.  As a participant you will have opportunities to build your network, and inspire the leadership team in your own cluster.  The fees for this event are covered by your clubs district dues.
