Please Note

The District 7080 District Conference will respect all provincial and regional COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations that are in place on May 28th 2022.  All attendees should be prepared to present valid proof of COVID vaccinations, assuming that protocol remains in place on that date. Although our event venue, Bingemens, allows for ample spacing between guests, masking may also be required if that protocol remains in place on that date.

Should the conference organizing committee decided that an in-person event is not in the best interest of members due to health concerns associated with COVID-19, it will provide all that have registered for the event with a full refund. If needed, this decision will be made prior to May 15th, 2022.  Should the in-person event be cancelled, it will be replaced with a virtual conference with an abbreviated agenda and a nominal registration fee.
