On Friday, 22 October, Rotary Club of Milton commemorated World Polio Day with Mayor of Milton, Gord Krantz assisted by members of Milton Rotary's proclamation of 22 October 2021 as World Polio Day in the Town of Milton as well as the raising of the “end polio now” flag. Mayor Gord Krantz highlighted the great progress around the globe in eradicating polio and encouraged everyone to join him and Rotary in the effort to eradicate the disease worldwide through awareness and action.
