Rotary Guelph Wellington
In 1985 a group of Rotarians decided that it was time to branch off from the Rotary Club of Guelph and charter the Rotary Club of Guelph-Wellington, the second Rotary Club within the City of Guelph.
Forty-five years later, we recognize our heritage, celebrate the present and look to the future. This club was built in the spirit of the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self” by doing projects within the Community and abroad, through Fellowship, Camaraderie and Friendships. Over the years numerous fundraising projects, including our Duck Race, traditionally held on Canada Day, have raised $2 million and helped local charities, the community and those less fortunate both at home and abroad.
The work ….. and the enjoyment of the work ….. continue ….. the benefits are contagious. Rotary is always open to those persons who are desirous of playing their part in the betterment of this world. Let us help you, to achieve your goals .…. to help others.
