Uche Okugo

He is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Brampton, District 7080, in Ontario, Canada, where he serves as a Past President. He is a Major Donor of The Rotary Foundation, a member of the Paul Harris Society and a member of the Polio Plus Society. He is also the immediate past Youth Services Director and past two-time Convention Promotions Chair, Rotary District 7080, Ontario, Canada.
He served the Rotary Club of Brampton as Chair, membership committee, for two consecutive years and served the District as Interact Committee Chair, also for two consecutive years, where the Interact Grant Writing Initiative was introduced.
Uche is currently the Investment Attraction Coordinator, Africa and Caribbean Markets, Economic Development Office at the City of Brampton, Canada.
Uche has an extensive educational background, including a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, a Masters degree in Business Administration, a Certificate in Leadership & Strategy, a Diploma in Financial Trading & Investment, and a Certificate in Advancing Economic Development.
Uche lives in Brampton with his Rotarian wife of 13 years, and they are blessed with a son, who is a Paul Harris Fellow. He serves the Anglican Church as an Evangelist, and also serves Network of Nigerians in Canada as the Founder and President.
Uche is a member of the Rotary Action Group for Community Economic Development, RAGCED, and an Ambassador of the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Rotary Action Group, WASHRAG.
