Our D7080 COL Representative, PDG Douglas Vincent has filed this Summary Report of significant issues coming from the 2010 COL. This is in addition to his daily reports sent during the deliberations in Chicago. This is the Rotary International parliament that reviews and adopts various constitution and bylaw items that govern our global organization.
