Rotary Club of Tillsonburg – 75th Anniversary Gala Celebration

The Rotary Club of Tillsonburg is thrilled to celebrate its 75th Anniversary as a service club with a very special gala evening.

📅 Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025
🕔 Time: 5:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
📍 Location: Tillsonburg Soccer Club, 275 Quarter Town Line, Tillsonburg, ON
📝 Registration Deadline: October 15, 2025

As part of the program, we are honoured to welcome three guest speakers, all students in the Master’s of Peace and Conflict Studies (MPACS) program at Conrad Grebel University College, University of Waterloo. Their experiences and research reflect Rotary’s commitment to peace and conflict resolution, both locally and globally.

Peace is a cornerstone of Rotary’s mission. Rotarians know that when peace is fostered within communities, its impact can extend across the world. Through service projects, peace fellowships, and scholarships, Rotarians address the root causes of conflict such as poverty, discrimination, ethnic tension, lack of education, and unequal access to resources.

This initiative connects directly to District 7080’s support for the MPACS program. Past District Governor Kathi Dick leads the fundraising campaign to raise $30,000 annually to support three students in the program. With more than 40 clubs already pledging support, our District’s goal is to sponsor three students each year at $10,000 per student.

✨ Join us in Tillsonburg for an evening of celebration, reflection, and commitment to Rotary’s vision of peace.
