WHAT IS RLI? The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a series of fast-paced, interactive, one-day courses offered to increase a Rotarian’s knowledge base, and to refine individual leadership skills. Courses are fun, topical, interactive, and geared toward busy business professionals who want to be more effective leaders in their vocation and to be a more confident and knowledgeable Rotarian.
RLI BEGINNINGS: The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a grassroots-training program that began in 1992. Its purpose is to help individual Rotarians and future club leaders prepare for their club and community roles through a quality training and educational experience. RLI has spread to more than 200 districts in numerous countries because local clubs recognize the importance of training future leaders.

WHY RLI? Your District Training Committee is a major support to you and your club members, providing events, speakers and resources which address every aspect of your Club’s life.  RLI training is a key component of the individual Rotary journey.  It is a 3 session course (RLI1, RLI2 RLI3) that provides insights into every aspect of Rotary.  It is also a superb opportunity to meet fellow Rotarians from across the District.  The fellowship and exchange of ideas are always electric!
