A place where learning begins and you gain personal, business and rotary knowledge

On Saturday October 23rd, 60 Rotarians gathered at the Hilton Double Tree in Kitchener for the first in-person Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) since 2019!  Not only was it an opportunity for learning but also a wonderful way to celebrate World Polio Day which falls on October 24th every year.

RLI is a series of fast-paced, interactive, one-day courses offered to refine a Rotarian’s individual leadership skills and increase their base knowledge in Rotary.  Courses are fun, topical, interactive and geared toward busy business professionals and community leaders who want to be more effective leaders in their business vocation and Rotary club.The next RLI successive courses for level 1, 2 and 3 will be held on May 7 ,2022.

Your District 7080 Training Committee is dedicated to providing a comprehensive and diverse array of training opportunities that enable Rotarians to gain the knowledge, understanding and skills necessary to maximize their effectiveness and personal satisfaction as Rotarians.

You have 2 ways of learning;

Through District Training Events found in Events Calendar
And through Rotary International’s Online Learning Centre.

The Learning Centre in My Rotary is available to Rotarians who are interested in taking online courses on a variety of topics, including membership, The Rotary Foundation, Club Basics and much more.
