Rotary Youth Leadership Academy 2024
The Rotary Youth Leadership Academy (RYLA) Committee is excited to send out a call for Rotarians interested in attending the Rotary Dinner during our programming for an evening of good food, fellowship and fun with our 2024 RYLArians! The Rotary dinner provides a unique platform for young aspiring leaders to connect with Rotarians. Through engaging conversations and networking opportunities, these interactions empower the next generation of leaders to make a meaningful impact in their communities.
Our keynote speaker for this year's dinner will be Unstoppable Tracey! Unstoppable Tracey is a top Inspirational Leader and Empowered Women 2023 from the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), as well as a Canada Hall of Fame Inductee. With over 100 million viral video views, numerous TEDx talks in 40+ countries, and appearances alongside A-listers like Jane Fonda and Mark Wahlberg, she's a powerhouse in turning obstacles into opportunities. Get ready to be blown away by Unstoppable Tracy's incredible journey of determination and success!

What is RYLA?
The Rotary Youth Leadership Academy is a fun and inspiring all-expense-paid leadership program for students aged 18 to 30, taking place from May 2 to May 5, 2024. The program happens at the Ecology Retreat Centre in Orangeville, Ontario. Consisting of leadership programming, personal development workshops and team building exercises, students will be given the opportunity to build self-confidence, form new relationships, meet active community leaders, gain valuable career skills and learn more about Rotary!
