What is Club Leadership Training (CLT)?
CLT is a one-day learning event designed to help board members, committee chairs and future club leaders learning about the various leadership positions that are required to run an effective club. By attending this learning event you will have time to get ready for your leadership role when the new Rotary year begins in July.
Q: Who should attend? A: Presidents-Elect are required to attend the District Assembly portion where they will be discussing and voting on the new budget, as well as other matters that affect you and your club directly. Current and incoming board members and committee chairs are strongly encouraged to attend the sessions pertaining to their roles and interest. And of course, all Rotarians from District 7080 can benefit from attending any of the interesting and informative sessions, either to learn more about leadership roles or to deepen their Rotary knowledge.
Club Leadership Training is one of the many learning opportunities organized by the District Training Committee where participants can meet the district’s Leadership Team, as well as many fellow Rotarians from across the District to find out more about what other clubs are doing, to exchange ideas and potentially to work together on future projects.
