DG Visit to Camp Wanakita with Youth Exchange Students

It was an incredible experience attending Camp Wanakita alongside our Rotary Youth Exchange (YE) students! This camp serves as a cornerstone of the Youth Exchange program, providing out-going and in-coming students with an opportunity to bond, develop leadership skills, and prepare for their exchange journey.

Spending time with these bright, enthusiastic young ambassadors reaffirmed the impact of the Rotary Youth Exchange Program in fostering international understanding, cultural adaptation, and lifelong friendships. Watching them engage in team-building activities, share experiences, and embrace the Rotary spirit was truly inspiring.

A big thank you to the YE Committee, volunteers, and club members who make this experience possible year after year. Your dedication ensures that these young leaders embark on their exchanges feeling confident, prepared, and connected to the Rotary family.

Together, we continue to build peace, bridge cultures, and shape the future—one student at a time!

This session provided a platform for collaboration, strategic planning, and leadership development, ensuring that our Presidents-Elect are well-prepared to guide their clubs toward impactful service and meaningful engagement.

Key highlights included:
Dynamic discussions on club goals, membership strategies, and Rotary initiatives.
Workshops and best practices for enhancing club effectiveness.

A huge thank you to all the facilitators, trainers, and participants for making this event a success. The enthusiasm and commitment shown by our future club leaders ensure that Rotary will continue to thrive and make a difference in our communities.
