1929-2025
Roy Cooper passed away on January 23rd at the age of 95. I remember Roy fondly, I bumped into him at his retirement residence last year where we chatted about Rotary and he wished me well in my year as president.
Roy was a charter member of the Rotary Club of Burlington Central 1986, Club President 1991-1992, District Governor 1996-1997 and an Honorary member of the club.
